All our deliveries in metropolitan France are made via the so colissimo service, the deliveries to DOM-TOM, abroad, Belgium, Monaco and Andorra are made in Colissimo Suivi.


For each order, a fixed contribution corresponding to the shipping costs is requested. We do not charge you for processing, preparation or packaging.

By choosing your country of delivery during the validation of your order, the amount of the shipping costs will be updated automatically.

All our bottles are ready for shipping and packed so as to protect them from shocks during postal transport, Biorosan disclaims any liability in the event of a break during the mailing. 

No claim will be accepted for the breakage of the bottle upon delivery of the package. 

4) You will be refunded of your products from the reception of your parcel and at the latest 28 days from the date on which you made your request for retraction. You will then be informed by email that the refund of your order has been made.


Expiry dates and lot numbers are shown on our products. Each batch is identified in the laboratory, so you can contact us about it, if necessary.
